Alanna has built a dynamic career in the restaurant industry, beginning on the North Shore of Massachusetts before making her mark in Somerville as part of the opening team at the beloved Trina’s Starlite Lounge. Her growing appreciation for Boston's vibrant restaurant scene led her to the Lenox Hotel/City Bar, where she honed her skills on the beverage side of the business, further developing her craft with the opening staff of Committee.

After a brief hiatus from Boston, Alanna joined Traveler Street Hospitality, finding a refreshing change in stepping into the Service Manager role—a transition she has embraced.

Alanna’s favorite dish is the Bucatini Amatriciana, which she finds exceptional, and she’s currently enjoying the chilled red wine selection. She values any opportunity to thoughtfully interact with guests and enhance their experience, making every moment rewarding.
